The Egyptian Center for Economic and Social Rights holds a round table (How to activate the ruling of the unconstitutionality of law 100/1993)
The Supreme Constitutional Court ruled on Sunday morning, January 2nd 011 and declared unconstitutionality of the law governing trade unions in Egypt, a ruling whose application guarantees lifting the tutelage of the government on trade unions, and returns power back to the general assemblies of unions according to the conditions and rules provided by the law of each union.
