Monday hearings| Postponement of a compensation lawsuit for a worker against “El Saeed Contracting”.. and Conclusion of Expert Missions in the Cases of Journalists from the Roayah Network

 

On Monday, May 13, 2024, the 28th Labor Circuit of the North Cairo Court postponed case No.1502 of 2024, filed by “Essam A.” against El Saeed General Contracting Company for a lawsuit of compensation for arbitrary dismissal, to allow for the notification of substantive requests and review by the company.

Additionally, the 13th Labor Circuit of the New Cairo Court decided to postpone the hearing of case No.502 of 2024, filed by “Mohamed R. Mohamed” against “Leoni” (a company specializing in the manufacturing of cables and automotive wiring harnesses), challenging an administrative penalty decision, to the hearing on June 10 for review.

The Expert Mission of South Giza, after submitting documents and holding discussions, decided to conclude their missions in the cases of journalists “Ashraf Sh.” and “Mahmoud R.” against Roayah News Network, concerning lawsuits for compensation due to their arbitrary dismissal.
