The investigating judge, Counselor Ahmed Abdel Aziz Qatlan, appointed by the Cairo Court of Appeal to investigate the case known in the media as the foreign funding case, issued an order stating that there is no basis for initiating criminal proceedings due to insufficient evidence against the Hesham Mubarak Law Center. Moreover, the order included lifting the names of those mentioned in order from the travel ban and watch lists, as well as lists prohibiting the disposal of their liquid and movable funds.

The investigating judge explained that with the issuance of this order, the number of organizations and associations against which orders have been issued to not initiate criminal proceedings has reached 80, including more than 180 complainants.
