F.,\u201d for the material and moral damages arising from his arbitrary dismissal, in addition to EGP 14,700 in lieu of notice, together with interest at a rate of 4% from the date on which the judgment becomes final in the case, as well as EGP 8,125.8 representing the cash equivalent of his accrued annual leave balance. The total award exceeds EGP 300,000, in addition to statutory interest at a rate of 4% from the date of the judicial demand filed on 30\/6\/2025 until full payment is made, in Case No. 635 of 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Court further ruled to dismiss Case No. 636 of 2025 South Giza Labour, and ordered the claimant in both actions to pay EGP 75 in attorney\u2019s fees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The facts of the case, which was brought by the Egyptian Center for Economic and Social Rights on behalf of the employee, date back to 2025. The claimant joined the company in 1996 pursuant to an open-ended employment contract in the position of \u201cTechnician\u201d for a monthly salary of EGP 4,900.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On 14\/4\/2025, while the claimant was enforcing the judgment rendered in his favor in Labour Cases Nos. 1436 and 1592 of 2022 South Giza Labour, appealed under Nos. 2145 and 2730 of Judicial Year 140, he was surprised to find, on 15\/4\/2025, that he had been prevented from resuming his work after enforcing the judgment issued in his favor, the operative part of which ordered his reinstatement and the payment of all outstanding entitlements that had not been disbursed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Accordingly, the claimant filed a complaint before the Labour Office.
