The company&#8217;s security personnel refused to admit him without providing any lawful justification, in violation of the provisions of the Labor Law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Following this incident, the employee proceeded to the police station, where he filed an official report documenting the fact that he had been denied entry to his workplace. He also submitted a complaint to the New Cairo Labor Office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">After attempts at amicable settlement failed, the employee requested that the complaint be referred to the competent labor court for adjudication.
