However, the organization continued her employment without renewing or terminating the contract, converting it into an indefinite-term agreement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On April 1, 2024, she was unexpectedly barred from her workplace without cause. She immediately reported the incident by filing Police Report No. 5506 at the Al-Marg Police Station. Despite her repeated attempts to seek clarification and a resolution, the organization remained unresponsive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">After filing a complaint with the Old Cairo Labor Office and exhausting reconciliation efforts, the case proceeded to court.
