The 4th Labor Appeal Circuit in Cairo, yesterday Saturday, May 11, 2024, considered Appeal No. 517 of 140 E, filed by “Mohamed A.” against “Al-Mokhtabar Lab” in a lawsuit for compensation for arbitrary dismissal, and decided to schedule the appeal for judgment in a session on October 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

The 18th Labor Division of the South Cairo Court considered today, Sunday, May 12, 2024, Lawsuit No. 583 of 2024, filed by “Ahmed A.” against “Misr Exchange”, in a lawsuit for compensation for his arbitrary dismissal, and decided to reserve the lawsuit for judgment in a session on May 27th.<\/p>\n

The North Cairo Experts’ Mission also considered today, Sunday, Lawsuit No. 5513 of 2022 filed by “Hassan H.” against the Workers’ Cultural Institution, to claim financial dues for leave balances, end-of-service benefits, and periodic bonuses. The lawsuit was discussed, documents were presented, and the expert decided to close the mission.<\/p>\n
