He remained in pretrial detention till he was released. His actual accusation was his trade union activity through defending his colleagues against the Company\u2019s Administration of Lenin Group which was led to being arbitrary dismissal from his work, and subsequently filed a lawsuit against the company regarding the decision to dismiss him.<\/p>\n<p>In Alexandria, the labor leader\u2019s wife, Salwa Rasheed, denied his connection with any political or religious group, stressing that \u201chis actual accusation was his activity in labor and trade union fields\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shady Mohamed was one of trade union leaders in Lenin Group Company for furniture and textiles in the free zone of Amreya City in Alexandria before being arbitrary dismissed from the Company in 2019 under the pretext of being absent from work for his participation in the workers\u2019 protests against the policies of the Company\u2019s Administration.
