We attached 3 court decisions with the dismantle request:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1-\u00a0\u00a0 Decision 1827 \/jy61 issued on 2\/11\/2006 to stop enforcing the ministerial decree #296\/2006 to\u00a0 regulate labor committees elections<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2-\u00a0\u00a0 Decision 3469\/ jy61 issued on 12\/11\/2006 to\u00a0 stop enforcing the ministerial decree #298\/2006 to\u00a0 regulate the general union elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3-\u00a0\u00a0 Decision 4382\/ jy61 issued on 26\/11\/2006 to\u00a0 stop enforcing the ministerial decree #300\/2006 to\u00a0 regulate the general labor union elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So far, only the last court decision was implemented , regarding dismantling the Egyptian trade unions&#8217; federation. But the court decisions regarding the union committees and the general unions are still unimplemented .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The following steps are still needed<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1-\u00a0\u00a0 Dismantling boards of all 23 labor unions<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2-\u00a0\u00a0 Dismantling boards of all 1850 labor committees<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3-\u00a0\u00a0 Dismantling boards of organizations affiliate to labor unions\u2019 federation<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a-\u00a0\u00a0 Labor university<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">b-\u00a0\u00a0 The labor social organization<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">c-\u00a0\u00a0 The labor cultural\u00a0 organization<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">d-\u00a0\u00a0 Ahlam city , northern coast<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">e-\u00a0\u00a0 Egypt school affiliate of the labor social organization<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">f-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The club affiliate of labor social organization<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As well ,interim boards should be selected from labor leaders to\u00a0 keep all documents and inventory all assets and funds as well as run the organizations till elections are run in 60 days\u2019 time under judicial super vision as per article 41 of law 35\/1976.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The interim committee :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Ahmed Abdel Zaher , head of cooperative housing organization as president<\/li>\n<li>Fawzy Abdel Bary , oil union head , vice president<\/li>\n<li>Abdel Hamid Abdle Gawad head of health science union<\/li>\n<li>Amina\u00a0 Shafiq vice president for media affairs<\/li>\n<li>Mohamed Taha elRefai , Abdel Khaleq Farouk and Saber Barakat vice president for labor freedoms affairs<\/li>\n<li>Khaled alAzhary and Yousri Bayoumi treasurers<\/li>\n<li>Fayez elKarta assistant treasurer<\/li>\n<li>Nagui Rashad (plaintiff of minimum wage case ) officer of labor relations<\/li>\n<li>Abdel Fattah Abdel Tawab , Ezzat Shawki , Wael Abdel Wahab , Khalil Abdel Aziz Khalil , ahmed Hassan Abdel Maksoud and Mohamed Abdel Salam el Barbary , officers of wages and insurance file<\/li>\n<li>Salah Elwan officer of the labor social organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" dir=\"RTL\" align=\"right\">The Egyptian Center for Economic and Social Rights<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" dir=\"RTL\" align=\"right\">Hisham Mubarak Law Center<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" dir=\"RTL\" align=\"right\">Ma&#8217;an Campaign for union freedoms<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" dir=\"RTL\" align=\"right\">The Egyptian Committee to protect labor rights<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The undersigned organizations said that dismantling the Egyptian trade unions&#8217; federation is a step on the right track taken by the labor force minister and the cabinet in respect to the law and court decisions.
