🔴 Ramadan Without Bars .. Mohamed Oxygen, the “Presenter of the Poor,” Marks Six Years Awaiting Freedom

⭕In the early hours of April 6, 2018, blogger and journalist Mohamed Ibrahim Radwan, known as “Mohamed Oxygen,” was preparing for another day of documenting and sharing the truth on his blog, Oxygen Egypt, when security forces raided his home in Cairo’s Al-Basateen district. He was arrested and taken to an undisclosed location, where he remained forcibly disappeared for 11 days. On April 17, 2018, he reappeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, facing charges of spreading false news and joining a terrorist group under Case No. 621 of 2018.

⭕A graduate of the Workers’ University, Oxygen gathered and analyzed media content, providing commentary through his blog and YouTube channel, Oxygen Egypt, whose slogan was: “We bring you the truth and strive to establish the pure facts, as the duty of words demands.”

⭕ After spending over a year in pretrial detention, the Criminal Court ordered his release on July 22, 2019, under precautionary measures, requiring him to report to a police station twice a week. However, on September 21, 2019, while complying with this order, he was rearrested. On October 8, 2019, he reappeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, facing the same charges and was added to Case No. 1356 of 2019, marking the beginning of another 14-month period of pretrial detention.

⭕ On November 3, 2020, the Criminal Court once again replaced his detention with precautionary measures. However, instead of being released, he was re-accused in Case No. 855 of 2020 with the same charges. This time, he was prosecuted alongside activist Alaa Abdel Fattah and human rights lawyer Mohamed El-Baqer, accused of spreading false news and statements that could harm national security.

⭕ His ordeal continued as he was repeatedly implicated in new cases after each release order. By August 2021, the psychological toll of his prolonged detention led him to attempt suicide inside his cell at Tora Maximum Security Prison, but he was rescued at the last moment.

⭕ في فجر الخامس عشر من مارس الحالي، استعدت الفنانة التشكيلة نجلاء سلامة ليوم طويل ومجهد بينما تتحضر لزيارة زوجها الخبير الاقتصادي الدكتور عبدالخالق فاروق، المحبوس في سجن العاشر 6، تحضر له وجبة الزيارة، آملة أن يتم السماح بدخولها كاملة، وصلت إلى مجمع سجون العاشر من رمضان التاسعة والنصف صباحا، بينما تم السماح لها بزيارته في الرابعة عصرا، لمدة لا تزيد عن 10 دقائق، بعد كل هذا الأمل والانتظار.

⭕ غابت الأجواء العائلية والاحتفالات والبهجة عن أسرة عبدالخالق فاروق هذا العام بسبب ظروف حبسه في سجن العاشر 6، وبينما تعاني أسرته من ألم غيابه، يعاني داخل محبسه من استمرار حبسه، خاصة مع تدهور حالته الصحية.

⭕ “ليس هناك مساحة خصوصية في أثناء الزيارة، ولا مساحة للتواصل الحقيقي، فقط بضع دقائق وتنتهي المقابلة، زوجي لا يرى الشمس، وممنوع من الاختلاط بالمساجين، بينما يتم السماح له بالتريض لساعة واحدة فقط داخل طابق الزنزانة”، تقول زوجة الخبير الاقتصادي.

⭕ وتوضح نجلاء: “زوجي عانى من 3 أزمات قلبية داخل محبسه منذ القبض عليه في 20 أكتوبر 2024، كما تعرض لأزمة كلى أيضا، بالإضافة إلى معاناته من أزمات صحية أخرى، وتم نقله لمستشفى السجن أكثر من مرة، وحياته في خطر يومي، حيث تم نقله إلى مبنى بعيد وتفريغ 8 زنازين في الطابق الخاص به، ما يحول دون سرعة إسعافه حال تعرضه لأي أزمة صحية”.

⭕ وتستكمل: “لا نجد تفسيرا لما يحدث لزوجي، يتم السماح بدخول الكتب له، بينما يتم منعه من الحصول على أقلام وأوراق للكتابة، ولا نفهم مبرر ذلك، الكتابة هي الماء والهواء بالنسبة لعبدالخالق، ما الخطر من السماح له بالكتابة حتى داخل محبسه”.

⭕ منذ أيام، قررت غرفة المشورة بمحكمة جنايات بدر، تجديد حبس الخبير الاقتصادي عبد الخالق فاروق 45 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات في القضية رقم 4937 لسنة 2024، عبر تقنية “الفيديو كونفرانس” فيما انقطع الصوت والصورة “أثناء حديثه فجأة، ما حرمه من الإدلاء بأي تفاصيل قد تكشف تعرضه لانتهاكات داخل محبسه” حسبما ذكرت زوجته على “فيس بوك” نقلاً عن محاميه.

⭕ وسبق أن نُقل الخبير فاروق، إلى مستشفى سجن العاشر (6)، ثلاث مرات منذ يناير الماضي، بعد تعرضه لأزمات قلبية يُشتبه بأنها ناجمة عن ضيق في الشريان التاجي، فيما اشتكى خلال إحدى جلسات تجديد حبسه من تعنت إدارة السجن معه ومنعه من التريض.

🔴 تعمل إيه لو حصل نزاع مع صاحب العمل؟

تنص المادة 70 من قانون العمل رقم 12 لسنة 2003 على أنه:
"إذا نشأ نزاع فردي بين صاحب العمل والعامل بشأن تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون أو أي من القوانين أو اللوائح المنظمة لعلاقات العمل الفردية، فلأي منهما أن يطلب من لجنة - تُشكَّل من: ممثل للجهة الإدارية المختصة (مقرراً)، وممثل للمنظمة النقابية، وممثل لمنظمة أصحاب الأعمال - خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ النزاع، تسويته وديًا. فإذا لم تتم التسوية خلال واحد وعشرين يومًا من تاريخ تقديم الطلب، جاز لأي منهما أن يطلب من الجهة الإدارية المختصة إحالة النزاع إلى المحكمة العمالية المنصوص عليها في المادة (71) من هذا القانون، أو أن يلجأ إليها في موعد أقصاه خمسة وأربعون يومًا من تاريخ انتهاء المدة المحددة للتسوية، سواء كان قد تقدم للجنة بطلب التسوية أو لم يتقدم، وإلا سقط حقه في عرض الأمر على المحكمة".
